Please read, understand and abide by the following terms and conditions of the Find The Best Biz membership agreement.

Intended Use:
I understand that Find The Best Biz is intended as a tool to help its members. Further, I recognize that I should never depend on a single tool, but rather use all tools available to me and then depend only on my own common sense in making a hiring decision.

I understand that the list is based entirely on the opinions of Find The Best Biz members, and that Find The Best Biz makes no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any of the work a service provider may provide; nor is Find The Best Biz under any duty to investigate the quality of work performed by a service company on the list.

I understand that Find The Best Biz does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on the list.

Finally, I understand that all statements concerning insurance, licenses, etc. are informational only, and are self-reported by the service companies. Since insurance and licenses can expire and can be cancelled, I should always check such information for myself.

Sharing Information:
Information on the list is for my use only. I will not share the information on the list with non-members or service providers.

Submitting Reports:
I will only report on my actual first-hand experiences with service providers.
I will report only on a service experience that I have had within about a year of the job completion.
I confirm that I do not work for, am not in competition with, or in any way related to the service providers for which I submit reports.

I understand that my name and report information will be made available to the companies on which I report.

Membership Expiration when membership dues are paid by Credit Card:

Monthly Payment Plan: I understand that each month, my membership dues will be billed to my credit card on file at Find The Best Biz. These monthly renewal payments will take place on my expiration date. If the first attempt to renew my membership fails, an auto renewal program will attempt to process my renewal for approximately 30 days. I will not receive reminder notices prior to each monthly renewal payment. If I wish to cancel my membership, my request must be received no later than 5pm on the day prior to my scheduled renewal payment.

Annual Payment Plan: I understand that I will receive a reminder notice approximately three months prior to my expiration date. This notice will remind me that Find The Best Biz will renew my membership using the credit card on file unless I submit a cancellation request prior to the scheduled renewal date. If the first attempt to renew my membership fails, an auto renewal program will attempt to process my renewal for approximately 90 days. I may opt out of the auto renewal program by contacting Find The Best Biz via phone, fax, e-mail or US mail.
